   I purchased this for my daily yoga session and I am fully satisfied with this yoga mat.

   Pros:-
   1. This mat is extremely light weight which makes it easy to Carry.

   2. The length is perfect and long enough and will support the whole body even while doing lying down yoga postures. This is one of the best part of this yoga mat. While using other mats, feet usually hang out of the mat but with this BODY YOGA mat no such issue.

   3. This mat is very soft and gives sufficient cushion. I did not feel pressure at my bony prominences. It is best suited for Arthritis patients as they will not find their patella bone rubbing agains tibia/femur.

   4. This mat is fully non slippery so no need to worry during heavy yoga session.

   5. colour is also beautiful (i purchased pink which can be used even by my wife), It is subtle and soothing to eyes, clean serene… Design & texture is premium.

   6. It comes with a carry elastic which helps in tying and carrying this mat very easily.

   7. No smell of rubber and is easily washable.

   Cons:
   1. It should be little more wide, may be 3/4 inches more. It has a standard size but my hands get outs while doing hand stretch yoga. It will be an added features.
